His desire for higher education took him to Accra Business School, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Even while working and serving in leadership roles, Samuel continued to advance his studies. In 2020, he enrolled for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution and successfully completed it in 2024. His ability to combine work, public service, and studies was a clear sign of his discipline, commitment, and deep faith. In 2005, while still living in Damongo, he was baptized and became an active member of the Church of Pentecost. His faith shaped his values and guided his decisions in life. He participated actively in church programs and supported youth and community projects. His elder brother, a pastor in the church, often described Samuel as a “servant-leader,” someone who led not for power, but to serve others.

Samuel’s career was a blend of entrepreneurship, international exposure, and public service.

In 2013, he began travelling abroad to explore business opportunities. His first trip was to Germany, followed by visits to the United Kingdom and the United States of America. He became a FIFA-licensed football agent, a role that allowed him to work with talented footballers and connect them to opportunities abroad. His commitment to community development led him into active politics. He contested as the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Obuasi East in the 2020 general elections. Although he did not win that year, he remained focused and continued to work for the people.

In 2024, he contested again for the same seat. Reports suggested that he had actually won, but due to what was described as an administrative error by the Electoral Commission, the official results did not reflect this. The matter was still in court at the time of his passing.

In 2018, Samuel married Abigail Salami, the woman he often described as his best friend and greatest supporter. Their union was blessed with two beautiful daughters.

Samuel and Abigail shared a deep bond built on love, friendship, and mutual respect. Friends often described their home as warm and welcoming, with Samuel always making time for family despite his busy schedule.
